2. Personal data collected and sources

We collect information from the following sources:

• Information provided: Name, email address, phone number, company name and other information voluntarily provided via forms (e.g. Facebook comments/messages, Facebook Lead Ads or website forms). This information is managed In the HubSpot customer relationship management system (CRM).
• Newsletter subscription: We collect email addresses and subscriber information for the Brevo service if the user subscribes to the newsletter and accepts this privacy policy.
• Automatic tracking (Cookies and tools):
  • Meta (Facebook): Meta Pixel, Conversions API and advertising tools.
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): User analytics and site operations.
  • Google Consent Mode v2: Transmission of consent information.
  • Microsoft Clarity: User experience analysis (mouse movements, clicks).

3. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We process data for the following purposes:

1. Customer relationship management, sales process management, communication and service implementation.
2. Marketing and advertising targeting and profiling (Meta and Google).
3. Sending newsletters and announcements.
4. Website analytics and user experience development.

Legal basis: Processing is based on user input consent, for the implementation of the agreement or the controller legitimate interest.

4. Data sharing and transfers

The information is disclosed or processed by the following service providers:

• HubSpot, Inc. – Customer relationship management and sales monitoring. The data is stored on servers located within the European Union (EU).
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) (France/EU) – Email marketing management.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Ireland/USA).
• Google Ireland Limited (Ireland/USA).
• Microsoft Corporation (USA) – Microsoft Clarity analytics service.

If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA (such as the USA), the level of data protection is ensured primarily by using the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.

5. Data retention period

We only retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out in this statement or as required by law. Sales leads and customer information are retained In the HubSpot system as long as it is required to manage the customer relationship or complete the offer. Newsletter list information is retained until the user cancels their subscription.

6. Rights of the data subject

In accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to inspect your data, request its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.

7. Personal data register of content producers and partners

Register name: Digital network partner and recruitment register.

Legal basis for processing:

• Implementation of pre-contractual measures (application processing).
• Contract implementation (cooperation management and commission payment).
• Legal obligation (retention of accounting records).

Data content of the register:

• Identification information: Name, age, contact information (phone, email, address).
• Professional information: Work experience, portfolio, social media profiles and possible billing information (business ID or billing service).
• Media content: Presentation video submitted by the applicant (includes image and audio recording).

Regular sources of information: The information is collected directly from the registrant themselves via a website form, a Tally.so form or by email.

Regular transfers and transfers of data outside the EU or EEA:

• The data is stored on a WordPress server (EU) managed by Digiverkoto.
• Video files and responses are stored in the Tally.so system.
• Contact information and the status of the application process can be managed in the HubSpot system.
• Video files are not disclosed to third parties. If a service provider (such as Tally.so or HubSpot) transfers data outside the EU/EEA, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or the Data Privacy Framework are used.

Principles of register protection:

• Manual material: Not stored.
