TERMS OF SERVICE AND DELIVERY<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

These terms and conditions apply Digital network<\/strong> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201dSupplier\u201d) for the services provided by Digiverkosto Oy. The contracting party and invoicer is Digiverkosto Oy. (Business ID: 3601658-1)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Formation of the contract<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The contract is concluded when the customer accepts the offer provided by the Supplier in writing, electronically or by making the first payment related to the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Content and implementation of the service<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The supplier will implement the services (e.g. websites, digital marketing, CRM integrations) professionally based on the agreed scope. The customer undertakes to provide the materials and access rights necessary for the work without delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.1 Project progress and resourcing<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Supplier and the Customer undertake to move the project forward within the agreed schedule. If the progress of the project is prevented or significantly slowed down due to the Customer's delay (e.g. lack of materials or approvals), the Supplier has the right to move the project to a waiting state and release the resources allocated to it for other assignments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Supplier may consider the project to have slowed down significantly if the Customer has not delivered the necessary materials or responded to the Supplier's contact requests within seven (7) days, or if the progress of the project has otherwise been delayed for more than fourteen (14) days for reasons beyond the Supplier's control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once a project is placed on hold, the original delivery schedule expires. Reactivating the project requires a new schedule negotiation, and the Supplier will complete the work within its current work queue and resource situation. The Supplier is not responsible for any project delay caused by the Customer\u2019s delay or requeuing of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the completion of the project is delayed for a reason attributable to the Supplier by at least thirty (30) calendar days from the original schedule, the Supplier has the right to invoice the final payment installment for the project despite the delay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Payment terms and invoicing<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The invoicing model is always agreed on a case-by-case basis. The models in use are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
